Our Return Policy
Due to a high volume of traffic at our distribution center, please allow 10-12 business days for a recieved return to process. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may make a return for any order placed on flovexchicvibe.com.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of ship. Merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached. Returns made after 30 days may be ineligible for full or partial refund or credit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- To initiate a return merchandise authorization (RMA), please go to flovexchicvibe.com/returns-exchanges/.
- Enter your order and email.
- Follow the prompts to select the product, the reason and how to return your item(s).
- Pack up your item(s) in the original packaging or equivalent and enclose your printed RMA Packing Slip.
- If you are shipping back in the Continental AUS, and have received a prepaid return label, please affix the label to the package and drop off at your nearest FedEx location.
- If you are shipping back from outside the Continental AUS., please take to your carrier of choice and mail back to:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used, or items that have been washed, damaged or otherwise altered. Removal of tags and labels will qualify the hat as being worn. Flovexchicvibe.com is not responsible for any item that we did not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy. We cannot process returns or exchanges for items that were not purchased from flovexchicvibe.com.
Be sure to include all of your information so we can process your return/exchange as quickly as possible. Please fill out and return the enclosed Packing Slip with your order and under Return Procedure please indicate the appropriate reason code.
